Shipping policy
This page sets out how we dispatch and deliver orders placed on longevaaesthetics.com.
1. Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and account verification. Trade orders requiring account approval are dispatched once verification is complete.
Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends, or on UK public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
2. Delivery options
We deliver to mainland UK addresses by tracked carrier. Delivery options shown at checkout reflect the carrier service available for your address. Estimated delivery windows are confirmed in your dispatch email.
- Standard tracked: 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.
- Next-day tracked: by 5.30pm the working day after dispatch, where available.
3. Coverage
We deliver throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally. Highlands, islands, and selected postcodes may incur a longer delivery window; the carrier rate is shown at checkout.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If a parcel is not delivered within the expected window, contact us at info@longevaaesthetics.com with your order reference and we will investigate with the carrier.
5. Delivery acceptance
Goods are deemed delivered when received by you or any person at the delivery address you provided. Risk transfers on delivery. Please inspect packages on receipt and notify us of any damage within 5 working days, retaining the original packaging.
6. Failed delivery
If the carrier is unable to deliver and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Where redelivery is requested, an additional carrier charge may apply. Where the order is cancelled at this stage, a refund will be issued less the original carrier cost.
7. Cold-chain and temperature-sensitive items
Where a product requires refrigerated transport, this is reflected in the carrier service applied and the price shown at checkout. Cold-chain parcels are dispatched in validated insulated packaging.
