Orders are dispatched from our UK facility for fast tracked delivery, with temperature-controlled handling where a product needs it. The options available for your address are confirmed at checkout.

Order cut-off and dispatch

Orders placed before 3pm UK time, Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays), are dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability and account verification. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery windows

Standard tracked delivery arrives within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch. Next-day tracked delivery, where available for your address, arrives by 5.30pm on the working day after dispatch. The options for your postcode are shown at checkout.

Carriers

Standard parcels are sent by tracked courier. Temperature-sensitive items are sent on a service appropriate to their handling needs, which is reflected in the option shown at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If a parcel does not arrive within the expected window, contact us through the contact page with your order reference and we will investigate with the carrier.

Cold-chain products

Products that require refrigerated transport are dispatched in validated, temperature-controlled packaging. Please refrigerate these items promptly on arrival and follow the storage guidance on the packaging.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed, the carrier will follow its standard re-attempt or collection process and leave details of the next step. Repeated failed deliveries on temperature-sensitive items may affect their suitability for use, so please ensure someone is available to accept the parcel.

Damaged or missing items

Email returns@longevaaesthetics.com within 5 working days of delivery with your order number and photographs of any damage. We will advise whether to return the goods or, for certain products, dispose of them safely.

Returns

Goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Full terms, including the statutory cooling-off period for consumers, are set out in our Refund policy.

Delivery region

We deliver across mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) by tracked carrier. Highlands, islands and selected postcodes may take a little longer.

VAT and pricing

Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT at the current UK rate of 20% is added at checkout, and your invoice shows the VAT-inclusive total. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
