Ordering and accounts

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can browse the range and buy as a guest at any time. Opening an account gives you wholesale pricing and order documentation for your records.

How do I open a trade account?

Apply through our Open an account page. Registration is free. Certain professional-use products are restricted to qualified professionals and may require verification before supply.

Who can buy from Longeva Aesthetics?

We supply licensed aesthetic practitioners, registered healthcare professionals, medical aesthetics clinics, independent prescribers, training academies and approved wholesale customers. You must be at least 18 years of age to order.

Delivery and dispatch

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 1pm UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and account verification. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

How long does delivery take?

Standard tracked delivery takes 1 to 2 working days from dispatch. Next-day tracked delivery arrives by 5.30pm the working day after dispatch, where available. The options for your address are shown at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) by tracked carrier. Highlands, islands and selected postcodes may take a little longer. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

How are cold-chain products shipped?

Products that require refrigerated transport are dispatched in validated, temperature-controlled packaging. The appropriate carrier service is reflected in the option shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If a parcel does not arrive within the expected window, contact us through the contact page with your order reference and we will investigate with the carrier.

Returns and refunds

What is your returns policy?

If you buy as a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Trade buyers do not benefit from the statutory cooling-off period, and returns are accepted at our discretion. Full terms are in our Refund policy.

Which products cannot be returned?

Goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Any product that has been used, opened or mixed cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether an item is returnable before you buy, please ask first.

My order arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?

Email returns@longevaaesthetics.com within 5 working days of delivery with your order number and photographs. Consumers are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will advise whether to return the goods or, for certain products, dispose of them safely.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your returned goods, or satisfactory evidence of return, we process refunds within 14 days to your original payment method. Card refunds then take a few working days to appear, depending on your bank.

Products and sourcing

Are your products genuine and UK-licensed?

We source exclusively from licensed UK wholesalers. We do not parallel-import, grey-market or stock unlicensed lines. Products are selected with a focus on authenticity, traceability and practitioner-use compliance.

Do orders include documentation?

Where applicable, dispatches include batch and expiry documentation suitable for clinical audit and CQC inspection records.

Are some products restricted?

Yes. Certain products are restricted to qualified professionals and may require verification prior to supply.

Pricing and payment

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT at the current UK rate of 20% is added at checkout, and your invoice shows the VAT-inclusive total.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).

How can I pay?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, and PayPal, at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
