• What documentation do I get with my order?

  Every dispatch includes an itemised invoice and, where applicable, batch and expiry information suitable for clinical audit records. Supplier documentation is available on request.
• How quickly will my order arrive?

  Orders approved before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery via tracked courier. Cold-chain products travel in temperature-controlled packaging. You'll receive tracking the moment your parcel leaves us.
• Are your products sourced from UK-licensed wholesalers?

  Yes. We source exclusively from licensed UK wholesalers. We do not parallel-import, grey-market, or stock unlicensed lines. Every product can be traced back through the supply chain to its UK marketing authorisation holder.
• What is your returns policy on unopened stock?

  Sealed, in-date, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to our standard returns procedure. Cold-chain items cannot be returned once dispatched. Contact our trade team to start a return.
